"Does name calling and personal assaults make your opinions any more correct?"

Of course not...but if you come to my house and and leave a comment that has nothing to do with the post, then I can call you anything that enters my head.

As for Commissioner Smith being Bush's "Henchman", if you knew anything about the issue (which you obviously don't when you're STILL trying to compare the Patriot Act with FEC regs)here's some info for you:

"When President Bush first signed McCain-Feingold into law, the six-member FEC granted a blanket exemption to the internet by a 4-2 vote. Last year, however, a federal judge ruled the commission must reexamine that exemption. Mr. Smith and his two fellow Republican commissioners sought to appeal the ruling, but the three Democrats blocked that from happening."

So if Smith is Bush's "Henchmen" he seems to be doing a pretty good job of protecting free speech while the Democrats are the ones who wish to regulate it.

"dimwitted Moonbat?" ..i assume you are calling me this? Does name calling and personal assaults make your opinions any more correct?

The FEC has nothing to do with Patroit Act ..directly, but it does with the reference to "The Sky Is Falling"

I am glad to see you have picked up on Bradley Smith and the FEC ( Bushes henchman) and see the need for the Left and Right to Unite on certain issues ..i will recommend a membership for you in 'Mensa'.

I guess the Bush Administration has found a way to circumvent the protections offered by the wearing of tin foil hats.

Shhh! That's the real purpose of all those missile defense tests.

First, if you look at my most recent posts, I've written about this threat 4 times in the last week.

Second, what do FEC regs have to do with the Patriot Act you dimwitted Moonbat?

could be an excellent reference to 'Slick George' ...this has been his tactic to instill fear in the American People ...WMP - SS - PA - ECT.

Wont be long and you will need approval to quote and comment on politicians - of course its in the best interest of National Security (and the politicians livelihood)
