Thanks for writing about the World Cup.

What I'm concerned about in the Cup is the "funny" officiating. Four years ago, Italy, Spain, and Team USA all had legit complaints about bizarre officiating decisions affecting their elimination from the 2002 World Cup.

I think Bruce Arena's strategy vs. Czech Republic will be to counter-attack with the flanking midfielders, counter-attack with the flanking midfielders, and counter-attack
with the flanking midfielders.

By the way, I believe we lost that qualifying game in Mexico City by a score of 2-1, not 2-0.

You may have confused the 2-0 score with our ensuing victory at home. Or perhaps our other 2-0 victory over Mexico in the 2002 World Cup.
Anyhow, I believe Team USA has won 7 of its last 10 matches vs. Mexico.
