Shut everything down. Some of the people in Iraq might like a force stop in the killing. Then root out the trouble makers. Anytime we stop the use of cars and really beef up the security like before an election the trouble stops. Lets just do it for the men and women we've lost already. I'm getting tired of this PC war.
