With Putin declaring his goal of reestablishing Russia as one of the world's nuclear powers, it will be clear that their will be border tensions between the two goliaths. Hell, they were at each others necks when on the surface they appeared to be allies. Now, Russia and China will staring each other down in as little as five years. China knows this.
