I don’t think Kerry’s plan would pass the global test.

Actually, John was for hezbollah, before he was against them.

Try as I might, I can no longer come up with anything humerous - or even insulting - to say about Kerry. He constantly reminds me of the undergraduate student who attempts to sound as if they’ve read the assignment, but doesn’t have a clue. This works in political science.
