Speaking of Judy Garland, There is a popular new group on Yahoo called THE JUDY GARLAND EXPERIENCE. They have amazing rare audio files that are changed twice weekly, great photo’s, lively discussions, and a membership that not only includes Judy’s fan’s, but her family members, friends, people who worked with her, author’s of Garland biographies, Garland Historians, people who have created and/or directed film and theater projects about her, and many more. I agree that she’s in much pain. Someone who cares about her needs to sit with her, put their arms around her and advise her to go home and snuggle with her babies. To avoid the limelight for awhile until she can gather strength and think straight. Being a mother would help her to do that. It’s so obvious that if she doesn’t make changes she will continue on a downhill path. Her babies need their Mom, and she needs them.

It’s a long read and very detailed, but it gives a glimpse into the inner-workings of the world of rehab, addiction, and effects upon the family. Enough with the empathy crap already
Morality is not empathy and is not emotional
You save someone like this with firm insistance. I grieve for the world that cannot see morality in any other than ” pulling the heart strings ” motivation to do right action.

What has happened to logic and moral philosophy. What has happened to clear thinking. We should want to help Spears not because we care but because it is our duty to try to return her to healthy productive status.

What in God’s name are you talking about? Are you simply hyper ignorant or hyper sensitive to boot?

I don’t “blame” liberals or Democrats or anybody else for Spears. for celebrity or anything else. I point out two historical facts; 1) Kennedy was the first politician to graft celebrity onto his career. This isn’t opinion. His own brother Bobby wrote that he studied what made Hollywood stars different. He wanted to capture whatever they had and use it.

The second fact I submitted was that celebrities are much more apt to be Democrats and liberals than Republicans. If you want to argue the opposite, you are a moron.

Get a life kid.
