Many probably do not remember or care that all Justice dept lawyers, etc. were fired by the Clintons and had to reapply (Republicans, etc need not apply). This killed any and all investigations into the Clinton's shenanigans in Arkansas, plus, now investigations into Clinton cronies. Political appointees true to their colors Personally I am not surprise about the Justice department’s response. Mr. Berger gets a wrist-slap and those who are not well connected face a long time in the Federal Pen. When I talked to a co-worker at the time about this I asked him what Mr. Berger's sentence should be. His answer: 15 years of turning big rocks into small ones.
