i am not surprised. I am an American living in London and I along with others have tried to contact his people thru the website to find out how to contribute. (site only allows US addresses) we made multiple requests with not so much as a response. guess that's one of many reasons why he didn't raise the 5m he targeted.

"Too bad Newt won’t be able to resist jumping in and ruining all Ol Fred’s carefully laid plans."

Newt ain't jumping in. I've never met anyone that would vote for Newt for Prez, probably never will.

Which is not to say that he doesn't have a point of view worth evaluating in the overall scheme of things -- just not as a candidate himself.

The next weeks will be interesting. Maybe Fred will mix up things a bit and force the others to focus. Where is everyone anyway?

I understand Rich Galen has signed on to the Thompson payroll as a Sr Advisor. Interesting as his son was one of the recent departees from McCain's campaign.
