Arabs are such proud people, but as a group–in their own countries, I mean–they do almost nothing to advance themselves.

As long as Arabs place loyalty to the clan, tribe, sect, religion, or ethnic group above loyalty to the nation, and as long as they tolerate corruption and sickening violence, they’re doomed to be perpetual Third Worlders.

Let’s hope Iraq can lead the way to a different destiny.
