There’s one other thing that strikes me interesting about the released NIE; it virtually mirrors what open source materials have said about Iran for years.

There isn’t anything actually earth shattering in the public portion of the NIE. We know Iran’s been enriching uranium at Natanz - even Iran acknowledges this and that they want to increase the number of centrifuges.

What is infuriating is that the NIE (and much of the punditry from the Left) seemingly disconnects the enrichment activities from the weapons building program, despite that you need the former to proceed on the latter.

um. this is a case of American exceptionalism no one should be proud of. a CIA that is making power moves on our own govt by sabotaging the president and our grand strategy. not good.
