This should make the “is he prepared to be president” question clear and well answered. You can give Obama the doubt concluding he will surround himself with people who are knowlegable and thoughtful….wrong. Goolsby shows that Obama will surround himself with inept people that don’t have a good clue as to how to deal with foriegn governments. For gods sake this is Canada america lite can you imagine if Obama made a mistake like this with Russia or China Or N. Korea. UHHHHHH i’m shuttering right now. All of that is the underbelly of this thing on the surface what bothers me is I doubt Goolsby was acting unilaterally it is most likely Obama was aware of what was happening and let it happen. Obama is about as ready to be president as Arnold Ziffle.

Obama should never even be considered for the Presidency at this point. He’s a BOY playing Mr.Dressup and in a time of International Conflict he should be somewhere learning about the World so that someday he might have something to contribute.

Regardless if it is Obama or Hillary, when it comes to NAFTA, both of them have familiarity with saying what did not happen; as well as what they do not mean.

They are as big an embarrasment to the United States as former Member of Parliament Carolyn Parrish who said, “Damn Americans, I hate the bastards”.

The banality of it is - this is hardly the first time NAFTA was used as a whipping boy in the United States.

Why has no one looked into the tax implications of Obama’s house purchase. Since the Rezko purchase and the Obama purchase were connected, then the transaction should have been looked at as a whole. Which means that any discounts should have been allocated between the two properties, instead of the Obama purchase getting all of the discount. This is important. Since Rezko was not acting out of the kindness of his heart, then the benefit conferred to Obama (i.e., a purchase price less than the pro rata share of house) is taxable gross income.

And I’d bet a lot of money he didnt declare it as such.

Sheesh, you sure like to spin the story. “Obamaâ€™s two faced NAFTA policy”? The “infamous” real estate transaction that is part of the story that the “national media has finally woken up to”? “NAFTAgate”?

This story reads like conservative wishful thinking, not objective analysis. You are definitely making a mountain out of a molehill on this NAFTA story. I recognize that, as a conservative, you want to put the most effective spin on the stories that you can, but sheesh, don’t you worry about your credibility? If you want to be a conservative cheerleader like Ms. Coulter, I’m sure that’s a lucrative ecological niche in the commentator biz, and you’ll always have faithful followers, but don’t you want to be taken more seriously than Ms. Coulter is? When you overreach yourself as you have done in this case, you only damage your credibility. Tone down the rhetoric, aim for analysis, not propaganda, and ultimately you’ll be more effective. In my own ignorant and humble opinion

Me, I’m willing to wait out the next 36 hours before I make any grand declarations. We might know who’ll Mr. McCain will be facing by Wednesday morning.
