		<description>I liked the part where he mentioned to the effect that no matter how many troops we had sent over at the beginning it would not have made a bit of difference since the Rules of Engagement was the problem not the number of troops on the ground.

In other words, we could have sent 500,000 troops yet the results would have come out just the same.

Plus, it's the captains who are achieving success, not the politicans in Congress.</description>
