The bill actually DOES allow judges to reduce the size of the PRINCIPAL owed. Yes, you and I, as a reward for responsible borrowing and paying our bills on time, will shoulder this responsibility too. And speaking of leaking... Isn't Biden famous for leaking information? I'm sure his tendency to run off at the mouth will subside once he is first in line for the presidency.
