Debating a subject any subject means you intend to to do or not do something about that subject. Mr. Obama has proven his lack of morals, ethics and intestitudenal stamina that debate or discussion is unneccessary. He will do nothing, he will pay the I see nothing, I say nothing, and I do nothing because that would require me to make a decision. He hasn't done that in a year why should he start now. I don't think that an Iranian-instigated war will start when they get the first nuke. I think they'll build 20-50, then start tossing them around.
