THE RICK MORAN SHOW - “NOW OR NEVER”

Filed under: The Rick Moran Show — Rick Moran @ 6:21 am

Join me this morning from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM Central Time for The Rick Moran Show on Wideawakes Radio.

Today is, I believe, the crisis of the war. The Israelis are planning on resuming their air operations and, more importantly, the IDF is poised for a massive invasion of southern Lebanon. We’ll look at the military and diplomatic implications today.

WE HAVE INSTALLED A NEW SCRIPT FOR THE “LISTEN LIVE” BUTTON IN HOPES THAT IT WILL WORK BETTER.

To access the stream, click on the “Listen Live” button in the left sidebar. Java script must be enabled. It usually takes about 20 seconds for the stream to come on line.

  1. Hot? You live in Illinois, and you think it’s hot? Come down here to deep South Texas, and you’ll find out what hot is. You’d probably melt shortly after stepping off the plane.

I’m not kidding. I can remember Christmas Days when it was 105 degrees. When I was a kid, I used to regularly fry eggs on the sidewalk! I can remember days when it was so hot, if you walked across the street, the soles of your sneakers would melt and stick to the pavement. Now that’s hot.

Even worse, when I was in elementary school, we didn’t even have air conditioning. The teachers would just open the windows and put big fans in the front of the class. But it didn’t bother us kids too much, because we were tough.

  3. GG:

Ha! I grew up in a house with no air conditioning at all.

    Tough? You bet!

  4. Mr. Moran.

In all seriousness, you should get on your knees and ask forgiveness from the radio gods for reading that pathetic excuse for poetry on the air. I’m not kidding. Sacrifice a farm animal if you have to. My ears are still burning just from hearing it, and if you ever subject your listening audience to such torture again, I may never forgive you.
