the one longshoreman fayed shot isnt dead. when jack arrives another erson says "but that guy shot my friend" and then jack tells him that the friend will have medical help soon.

when martha was throwing her pills at the beginning of the episode, did anyone hear the tv in the background? it said something like "We havent seen anythign like this since pres. clinton died." it was on the news.
