According to you there are people who want to downplay the problems in Iraq. Doesn't it stand to reason that there are also people who might want to up-play the problems in Iraq.
As somebody who is so sensative to being told "lies," shouldn't you be at least a little curious to know if the AP is publishing lies?

Tesla---without whom the modern world would not exist. Everything connected to electricity goes back to him. He laid the foundation for all things electrical, without which there is no modern world.

ANN COULTER: CONSERVATIVE LOUT
After reading what Ann Coulter said, her point was to personally attack the widows. She did not raise a point of substance. She said their points are wrong because they have impure motives, pure ad hominem argument. What Coulter's motives are, I can't imagine. From reading the comments, I understand that Coulter is funny; perhaps this was supposed to be comedy? I agree with the post above, these statements by Ann Coulter were offensive and insulting.

FOR THE LEFT: A COMPASSION VACATION
I have seen a couple of left blogs that do politicize Katrina and that is sad. However, I think that both sides will make polilical hay of this tragedy at some point. Hopefully the people who need help will receive it !
